Welcome to Minar AI. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Minar AI provides artificial intelligence technologies, digital tools, and related services. You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse the services, including attempting to interfere with their operation or access them using unauthorized methods.

All content, software, and materials provided by Minar AI remain the intellectual property of Minar AI or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

We may update or modify the services and these terms from time to time. Where appropriate, we will provide notice of significant changes. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

The services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Minar AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as contact details and payment information, as well as information about how you use our services. This data is used to operate, maintain, and improve our services and to process payments via Stripe.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers where necessary to deliver our services, including payment processing and hosting.

As a company registered in Finland, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services and associated compute costs, refunds are generally not provided once a subscription period has begun or service credits have been used.

If you experience technical issues that prevent the use of the service, please contact support@minar.ai within 14 days of the transaction. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery Policy

Minar AI provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS). Upon successful payment, access to the service is typically granted immediately through your online account.

Service availability may depend on technical conditions and system maintenance. No physical goods are shipped. A confirmation email is issued for each transaction.
